Can I cancel an order?
You can request cancellation from your order detail page while the order is pending, paid, or processing.
What if my plant arrives damaged?
Open your order detail page and submit a replacement request with the issue details.
How do I know if a plant is back in stock?
Save the plant to wishlist and turn on Notify me for out-of-stock products.
